Obi Pasture Co is a family-owned farm based in Maleny, Queensland, supplying premium pasture-raised beef direct to customers across South East Queensland.

2. Orders

Orders are subject to product availability.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where:

Products become unavailable.

Pricing errors occur.

Payment cannot be processed.

Fraudulent activity is suspected.

If we cancel your order, any payment received will be refunded.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices may change without notice.

Where applicable, GST is included.

4. Payment

Payment must be received before your order is dispatched unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payment through the payment methods available on our website.

5. Product Availability

As a working farm, product availability varies throughout the year.

Certain cuts may sell out or become temporarily unavailable.

We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value where necessary unless you request otherwise.

6. Bulk Beef Orders

Weights for whole, half, quarter and mixed beef orders are approximate.

Final packaged weight may vary due to natural differences between animals and processing.

Pricing will be based on the agreed terms at the time of purchase.

7. Delivery

We currently deliver to selected areas including Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast.

Delivery dates and locations may vary.

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive their order unless Authority to Leave has been provided.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

8. Food Safety

All products are prepared by licensed processing facilities and transported under refrigerated or frozen conditions.

Customers should refrigerate or freeze products immediately upon delivery.

Once products have been delivered in accordance with the agreed delivery method, Obi Pasture Co is not responsible for spoilage resulting from improper storage.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or is affected by a food safety issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Where appropriate, we may provide:

a replacement,

store credit, or

a refund,

in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where our products fail to meet the consumer guarantees provided by law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos, branding and graphics, remains the property of Obi Pasture Co unless otherwise stated.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Obi Pasture Co is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
