At Obi Pasture Co, we take pride in delivering premium pasture-raised beef directly from our Maleny farm to your door. Every order is carefully packed to maintain quality and food safety throughout transport.

We currently deliver to selected areas across:

• Brisbane

• Sunshine Coast

• Gold Coast

Delivery Schedule

Delivery days may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand.

Customers will receive confirmation of their scheduled delivery where possible.

We reserve the right to amend delivery dates due to weather, road conditions, processing schedules or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cold Chain & Food Safety

All products are professionally packaged and transported under refrigerated or frozen conditions.

Orders are packed to maintain food safety during normal delivery timeframes.

Upon delivery, customers should refrigerate or freeze products as soon as possible.

Receiving Your Order

We recommend someone is available to receive your order.

If no one is home and you have provided Authority to Leave, your order will be left in a safe location nominated by you.

Once an order has been delivered to the nominated address or safe place, responsibility for the products transfers to the customer.

Authority to Leave

By selecting Authority to Leave during checkout, you acknowledge that:

• Obi Pasture Co may leave your order in the nominated safe location.

• The nominated location should be shaded and secure wherever possible.

• Obi Pasture Co is not responsible for theft, damage or spoilage after delivery has been completed.

If you do not provide Authority to Leave and no one is available to receive your order, we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Delivery Fees

Delivery charges are calculated during checkout unless otherwise stated.

From time to time, Obi Pasture Co may offer free delivery promotions or minimum order thresholds.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate.

Additional charges may apply if an incorrect address results in a failed delivery.

Delays

While we make every effort to deliver on time, circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.

These may include:

• Severe weather

• Road closures

• Vehicle breakdowns

• Processing delays

• Public holidays

We will communicate any significant delays as soon as reasonably possible.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If there are any concerns regarding your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours and include photographs where possible.
